**About the role**

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing People, Strategy & Brand team based in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Culture & Capability Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function and contributing to initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You’ll enjoy a dynamic mix of tasks, learning a range of HR skills that will provide an excellent foundation for your career as part of a national business.

You’ll work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner and the broader team to ensure our people processes are seamless, compliant, and aligned with MNG’s values and strategic goals.

**What you bring to the table**

We’re looking for someone who’s got a good handle on the fundamentals, ideally with 1-2 years of HR or corporate admin experience. As part of this role, you will be responsible for;
- Providing high quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, data entry, documentation, training and offboarding.
- Maintaining employee data and records using our internal systems.
- Supporting the delivery of People & Culture programs, including engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and assist with employee queries, escalating as needed.
- Coordinating learning and development activities.
- Assisting with reporting, data entry and compliance tracking.
- Assisting with and coordinating local in-house office events and event planning.
- Supporting the Project Admin team as required.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or currently undertaking
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort navigating internal systems
