About The Role
As the
People & Culture Coordinator
, you'll play a key enabling role within Qscan's People & Culture (P&C) team. You'll be the engine behind the smooth coordination of people processes and the successful delivery of P&C initiatives across the business.

Working closely with P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Capability, and Payroll, you'll help bring Qscan's people strategy to life through effective systems, communication, and process coordination. You'll also contribute to key projects, cyclical processes (like remuneration reviews, engagement surveys, and performance cycles), and continuous improvement of tools, reporting, and employee experience.

This permanent full-time role is based at our Clayfield head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate P&C activities, meetings, and workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain employment documentation, HRIS data, and records to a high standard of compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver monthly workforce metrics and reports to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Respond to P&C queries with a focus on first-call resolution and professional service.
  • Support onboarding, training, and capability programs in partnership with the People Capability team.
  • Execute cyclical P&C processes (performance, remuneration, engagement, development) on schedule.
  • Maintain HR policies, templates, and processes to support consistent self-service across the business.
  • Build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process, system, and service improvements.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, engagement, and culture initiatives aligned to Qscan's people strategy.
