We aim to save the lives of people who suffer from cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease and Diabetes. We are excited by a near to midterm opportunity to address a significant unmet need for Australian patients treated with factorXa inhibitors hospitalised with a major bleed.
**What you’ll do**
The Acute Care brand team is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating the marketing activities and executions for the brand. As the Brand Manager you will lead the Digital campaign and omni-channel journey. This will include disease state awareness right through to product launch and beyond with the required HCP engagement and education required. In this role you will work with both the Business Unit Head (Acute Care) and the Senior Brand Manager (Acute Care), to analyse market trends across the DOAC market, be involved in strategic planning based on insights and trends to develop innovative solutions via digital channels. You will work closely with the cross-functional team, as we pride ourselves on working as a small integrated brand team with sales, marketing, medical to deliver better outcomes for patients.
Discovering and prioritising opportunities to deliver profitable growth is integral to the role. Reporting to the Business Unit Head (Acute Care), you will work closely with the cross-functional team to:
- Collaborate across functional areas -organizing individuals, activities, communications and resources around a common goal and to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
- Define success metrics; monitor and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Prioritise customer needs; design and articulate the value proposition; design and launch services reflecting improvements in the customer journey
- Prepare and implement customer sequence activities and execute campaigns across channels
- Deploy and track the content calendar, measuring success and suggesting data-driven improvements to outperform peers
- Conduct robust budget planning and operational financial management
- Build cross-functional capability, leveraging differences and establishing collaborative networks to contribute to high-functioning, cohesive teams to deliver high quality outputs aligned to brand plan
**Essential for the role**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing role with strategy development, data analysis, market research and budgeting
- Experience designing and executing omnichannel campaigns
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of teams
- Ability to balance critical thinking with urgency to act
**Desirable for the role**
- MBA in relevant field
- Sales and/or Sales Leadership experience
- Understanding of the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical products in Australia
- Understanding of the Australian Healthcare environment
