**Position Overview -**

**The two Brand Managers, Oncology**, are responsible for developing and implementing annual marketing plans in line with brand strategy to achieve strategic and financial objectives for an immuno-oncology treatment that has and will continue to improve patient outcomes significantly.

As The Brand Manager, you will lead indication launches and ongoing life cycle management of these indications. The role sits within the Sales & Marketing organization and reports to the Marketing Lead, Oncology.

**What will you do**:

- Achievement of sales targets and promotional budgets.
- Fiscal responsibility to manage promotional budgets and achieve operating income targets.
- Lead & manage the brand indications.
- Leadership & Project management to deliver brand deliverables, project actions and milestones effectively.
- Driving analysis & planning for the brand. This includes the implementation of sales promotion and communication across the oncology stakeholder ecosystem.
- Carrying out regular forecasting.
- Effective leadership of cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives are aligned for the achievement of business goals.
- Delivering a unique customer experience & driving brand loyalty, including reviewing identified customer needs about the brand & recommending offers that may help meet identified needs.
- Develop methods for field testing key programs, evaluate the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs, and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
- Identifying brand & therapeutic experts for the organisation.
- Monitoring of environmental trends and taking appropriate action to leverage or address these for the good of the brand.
- Competitor intelligence analysis and the incorporation of insights into brand strategies.
- Analysing market trends and sales potential - preparing sales forecasts for use in planning manufacturing operations and inventory control.
- Acting as a brand expert & being available for customer-facing & customer-supporting roles.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of activities, including communication, promotion, and advertising programs, and making improvements or changes as necessary.
- Ensuring all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, and company policies / SOPs

**What should you have**:
In addition, demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder expectations is critical, along with strong collaboration, influence, communication, and negotiation skills. A demonstrated ability to plan and project work is also a must, as is the capacity to rapidly absorb complex technical information.
