An international bank in Sydney is looking for a Relationship Manager position.

**Your new role**

Working as a Relationship Manager you will:
**Portfolio Management**: Actively manage and expand a portfolio of accounts by acquiring new clients, cross-selling, and obtaining referrals.**Client Understanding**: Ensure a clear grasp of each portfolio’s performance history and future plans before providing advice to clients.**Collaboration**: Work with product partners and stakeholders to develop effective strategies that add value to clients while minimizing risks to the bank.**Credit Proposal Preparation**: Assist in preparing and writing credit proposals.

**What you'll need to succeed**Education**: Possess a tertiary qualification in a business-related field.-
**Financial Acumen**: Strong knowledge and extensive experiences of financial statements and credit assessment skills-
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, and a customer-focused approach.-
**People Management**: Demonstrated abilities in people management and coaching.-
**Business Understanding**: Understand the needs and expectations of large businesses and the ability to generate new business.-
**Autonomy and Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with proven analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.-
**Local Experience**: Familiarity with the local network and business environment is highly desirable.**What you'll get in return**
