**What are we doing?**

**Who are we looking for?**
Developing strong long-term partnerships is the lifeblood of our business. As a Relationship Manager you must have a solid working knowledge of the fund's management/wealth management industry and landscape. We’re not set on a particular background, but we are looking for a true Relationship Manager, so we expect experience in a client-facing role and a track-record of success building genuinely valuable long-term relationships.
It goes without saying that exceptional communication skills are a must. This means you’ll not only be able to manage different types of personalities using different communication skills, but you’ll also have a large reserve of natural EQ, limitless enthusiasm and energy. You will be extremely driven, but this does not mean fostering a sales-at-all-costs mentality; our partnerships are built on honesty, reliability and building real value. It also means we check our egos at the door; we need a genuine team player who enjoys the success of others as much as their own.
**What will you be doing?**
You’ll learn the in’s and out’s of our products and services from our experienced Partnerships Team, enjoy a high degree of support and have opportunities to learn, grow and work closely with senior members of the team and business. Your day-to-day will include a broad range of hands-on tasks, including:

- Partner on-boarding and education across products and services
- Relationship & account management - from planning to content services
- Campaign/advertising planning and management
- Delivery and on-boarding of new upcoming products
- Deals management and closing
- Sales admin as required
