**About the Role**

We are seeking a customer focused Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and dedicated team in one of our Consulting Suites.

This position is permanent full-time, working a minimum 76 hours per fortnight and must be available Monday and Fridays with flexible hours available.

Medical Receptionist experience is not essential, however must be efficient with a strong willingness to learn.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**This position would be ideally suited to someone who has**:

- Experience working in a fast-pace office environment;
- A high level of communication skills along with excellent customer service;
- Excellent presentation, courteous and an empathetic nature;
- Professional phone manner and approach to work;
- High attention to detail & accurate data entry;
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks & meet deadlines
- High energy levels with a ‘can do attitude;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office;
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.

**Remuneration**

On offer is an hourly rate ranging from **$25.75 - $31.89 **+ superannuation based on experience and qualifications [FTE $60,000 - $70,000].

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
