**Location: Fremantle**

**Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation (Pro Rata)**

**Position Type: Permanent, Part-Time (32.5)**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3.30pm**

**The Company**

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, known for our innovation, quality, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team in the Southern Suburbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As an integral member of our finance team, your responsibilities will encompass a range of crucial tasks that drive our financial operations forward:

- Processing daily sales invoices for various regions, both AUD and internationally.
- Conducting bank reconciliations for Australia and USA accounts.
- Managing the Database Incomplete Orders Report.
- Coordinating and overseeing debt collection efforts.
- Updating customer payments in the database.
- Performing end-of-month (EOM) reconciliations and generating comprehensive reports.
- Handling customer credit card processing as required to facilitate transactions.
- Serving as a reliable backup for various Accounts Payable functions.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience of 4 years in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Experience with international accounting/currencies in addition to AUD experience is also highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial software and databases for streamlined operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and reconciliations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Effective communication abilities to liaise with colleagues across regions.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
