The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Corporate Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. You'll manage day-to-day transactional finance functions, support accounts payable and receivable, and contribute to monthly reporting and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bank transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities
  • Process receipts, payments, journals and assist with cash flow management
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Oversee corporate credit card management and expense reporting
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and GST lodgements
  • Assist with month-end processes and intercompany transfers

About You

  • Minimum Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting (degree in Finance, Accounting or Business highly regarded)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar bookkeeping or finance role
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Business Central
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with CommBiz and AP/AR processes
