**About the role**:

**About You**

***You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy is important to you.
- You are motivated and organised and enjoy providing great customer service. You can make decisions and negotiate outcomes.
- The focus of the role is primarily on sourcing, ordering & controlling stocks of theatre prosthetics, especially in the cardiac and theatre supply areas.
- What is a prosthetic you askwell it’s all the implants they use when they do a surgery, like a stent or artificial knee joint.
- If you know about purchasing - but not prosthetics - that is okay. The person with the right attitude can learn.
- Be responsible for ordering and invoicing stock
- Follow up on outstanding orders
- Liaise with clinical staff and medical representatives regarding new and current items
- Physically store, label and pick line items as required
- Complete stock takes of your area
- Manage a catalogue of products
- Facilitate returns and exchanges

You will also demonstrate
- Previous experience utilising purchasing and inventory control systems (e.g. Pronto, SAP or similar) is essential
- Experience within a Medical/Hospital supply position is ideal for this role although highly experienced supply professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Any experience managing prosthetic supply will be well regarded.
- Sound computer skills and experience using MS Office programs

**Remuneration**: $70,000 - $80,000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
