As an experienced Administrator, you will be responsible for providing friendly, proficient and professional support services to our clients and the wider team.
As a member of the support team, you will:
- Act as a point of contact performing reception services including telephone and/or front desk enquiries from staff and clients and provide a timely and effective information.
- Undertake a range of administrative services including word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, collating documentation, travel bookings, mail and deliveries.
- Maintain electronic and file records and support with meetings and or note taking for the day-to-day operations of the Tax and Accounting teams.
- Liaise with third parties including ATO and ASIC
- Support for operational activities including research for projects, collation of data and presentations, Business development work and team meetings
- Work under general guidance and within set guidelines
You will be reliable, enthusiastic and have a passion for excellent customer service. You will possess:
- Previous experience in a client facing or support function role
- Enjoy working as part of a team to achieve great outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders
- Have exceptional relationship building skills
- Have a solutions focused attitude, a natural problem solver
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy, variable workload
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- A desire to learn, share your knowledge and progress
