We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Client Service Officer to work within a Financial Services firm based in the Inner East of Melbourne.

Reporting to the director, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate processing of all transactions and implementation on advice, whilst providing superior service and efficient reporting to clients.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Providing direct assistance to the financial planning team, managing all operational, administrative and service related non-advice issues for a portfolio of clients.
- Work closely with the Advisers to support the client advice, implementation and review process.
- Complete and follow up super rollovers and new insurance policy lodgements.
- Implementing managed fund sales, purchases and re-balances in accordance with SOA recommendations.
- Liaise with clients to answer any general queries and inform them of the progress of their implementation.
- Ensure all appropriate authorities are obtained from the client to allow full and free access to information required to prepare the SOA.
- Preparing clients annual review documentation and scheduling in appointments.
- Ensuring accurate client file management at all times.
- Assist Financial Advisers with attaining new clients, maintaining client communications, book existing client reviews, document collection, appointment schedules/confirmations, updates to files.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications supported by 1-2 years relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- 1-2 years experience within Financial Planning.
