Our boutique accounting firm is wanting a dynamic, enthusiastic junior receptionist/administrator to join our growing team and be our 'face' with client liaison and client account administration. As well, we want you supporting the Accounting team in the office with your ‘on point’ in-house skills - phones, office admin, meet & greet, keeping the team in amenities, making sure the photocopier works and the office looks great, liaises with external suppliers and other ‘keeping the office ticking over’ duties. You will have strong computer literacy skills and be a ready and able fast learner of new systems and processes, be confident in speaking over the phone and in-person and be ready to hit the ground running in supporting the team. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, based in our gorgeous Ivanhoe offices right near the station.

**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $61,424.36 per year
