**About the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a background in allied health or medical administration. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, client care, and service excellence. Ideally, you have at least three years of experience in a similar setting, are organized, proactive, and excel in managing administrative and customer service functions.

**Position Details**
- **Location**: Ivanhoe hub, Monday, Tuesday, Friday
- **Hours**: 3 days per week, 9-5, with some flexibility around school times.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General administration and client support
- Scheduling, appointment coordination, and client management
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and service agreements
- Preparing weekly reports and managing the clinic’s waitlist
- Office management, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment
- Leading HR, recruitment, and team-building initiatives
- Overseeing client service and retention, training reception staff
- Social media coordination and marketing support
- Compliance and safety, including stock and asset management

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
