**Your new role**
- Proactively engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the quality of Ministerial products provided to the Ministers’ Offices.
- Maintain exceptional service delivery standards to appropriately manage and meet expectations.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Some desirable traits to thrive in this role will include but not limited to:

- Highly developed communications skills and the ability to accurately and succinctly provide advice and solutions.
- Customer-centric focus, with an ability to meet and manage expectations.
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to work under limited direction.
- Experience utilising the PDMS is desirable.
- Staff across all sections may be required to work extended hours on occasion.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience in Government Department and / or in a similar position. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2) as well as be willing to undertake an Employment Suitability Screening (ESC) which is specific to the Department.
