**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
As the Head of Finance, Residential Communities, you will be the strategic partner to the Executive General Manager, Social Infrastructure, and drive exceptional business performance. Your role will involve:

- Collaborating with the Executive General Manager, Social Infrastructure to evaluate and generate innovative options to support the growth ambitions of the Residential Communities business
- Leading the strategic planning process for the Retirement Communities business, a key component of the Social Infrastructure business unit, aligning with key stakeholders across the Wealth & Capital Markets platform and the wider Australian Unity group
- Active capital management of the portfolio including financial analysis and insights, enabling evaluation of strategic initiatives including capital partnering and funding solutions
- Proficient in identifying and managing risks and opportunities within budgets and plans
- Responsible for the management of the year-end and half year interim audit of the Residential Communities business
- Manage direct reports to ensure they are set up for success

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the financial and commercial aspects of the business, contributing to its success, and making a significant impact on its future.

**About You**:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- Demonstrated experience working in residential communities or large-scale project-based businesses
- Proficient understanding of indices fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships
