We are looking for a casual receptionist/administrator to work the following hours at our busy allied health practice:
**Wednesday 7.15am to 12.15pm, and Friday 1pm - 4pm, as well as additional hours covering holidays/sick days for the other reception staff when required, and occasional Saturdays.**
Previous experience as an administrator/receptionist is essential, and experience in the allied health/medical field would be an advantage.
**We are looking for someone with the following skills**:
Highly reliable and the ability to cover extra shifts.
Excellent communication skills - both in person and over the phone.
Able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative.
Strong computer skills, and experience using POS and HICAPS payment systems. (Training will be provided in our clinic software.)
Calm, caring and patient personality.
The ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
**Your main responsibilities will be**:
Answering phones/Making bookings/Greeting patients/Invoicing and processing transactions through HICAPS/EFTPOS and PracSuite software.
Admin support for our practitioners, and other general admin duties as directed
Maintaining the clinic’s appearance, including opening and closing the clinic at times.
