My client is seeking a full-time receptionist to join a professional, friendly team in their Milsons Point office.

**About the role**

As the receptionist you will be in charge of the smooth running of the office, and providing general reception and administrative duties

**Key Responsibilities**
- General administrative/ reception duties
- Boardroom management - scheduling meetings for the boardroom, setup of boardroom, and organising catering/refreshments when required
- Office supply management - ordering and monitoring stock of office supplies
- Answering telephones
- Other general administrative support duties as required

**About you**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well autonomously with strong initiative
- Strong attention to detail
