**The Company**
Chartered accounting firm who provide a comprehensive range of tailor made services to assist individuals and businesses. This well established business offers a high end service to Tier 1 customers and they are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to join their professional, hard working and friendly team.
**The Role**
As our new receptionist, you will be the face and the first point of contact for our office. You will be working solo in the front reception area whilst also sharing some of the administration duties with the other office administators/EA's. Key responsibilities will include:
- greeting and directing visitors in the office
- answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff, taking clear and thorough messages for staff
- ensuring the office is always presentable
- processing and directing incoming mail and deliveries and processing outgoing mail
- boardroom management
- organizing catering/refreshments when required
- office supply management
- manage the internal client database
- supporting accounting staff
- Request For Information letters and company searches
- other general administrative support duties as required
**Your skills and experience**
- HSC (or equivalent) qualification essential
- Min 2 years' experience in a reception/administrative role
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A team-orientated, positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to multi-task and use initiative
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with ATO SmartDocs and Ignition (Engagement Proposal Software) would be preferable, however training will be provided.
- Experience within public practise / professional services will be highly regarded.
