We are currently seeking a strong Customer Service/Collection officer due to growth with a leading company based in Brisbane.

You will be a great communicator and relationship builder, passionate about caring for customers, self-motivated, compassionate, optimistic and you pride yourself on delivering exceptional results.

You will have the ability to work from home but you will need to attend the office at least once a week.

Key responsibilities in the role include:

- Negotiate arrangements to recover outstanding debts in full or arrange a suitable payment plan via high volume inbound/outbound calls
- Maintain accurate account records, ensuring all customer information is up to date
- Adhere to all legislative guidelines and achieve individual KPI's / team targets
- Providing high level customer service in line with client requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

- A proven track record in customer service and/or working within a call centre environment
- Professional and respectful telephone manner with outstanding communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Your own computer (monitor & keyboard) to be able to work from home
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team

We have a number of different shifts available between the hours of 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday which are flexible.
