**Role Details**:
The Manager, First Nations Engagement, will play an integral part in leading and driving the development, coordination, management and evaluation of activity against Closing the Gap, State First Nations Voice interactions with SA Government and DPC’s Reconciliation Action Plan deliverables The role will be expected to drive the delivery of project initiatives and will lead change management processes to build DPC and whole of government’s capability to transform in line with the department’s Closing the Gap responsibilities and improve monitoring and reporting of progress against the deliverables.
This role will require excellent skills in writing, project management, building and maintaining professional networks.
**Special Conditions**:
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent
- This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Designated Position, in accordance with sections 56(2) and 65 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
