**Your Team**

The Distribution team is responsible for all sales across the Wealth Management market (Investment & Asset Consultants, Third Party Intermediaries, Licensees and Advisers).

This opportunity is within the Platform Sales team which is a national team with representatives in all capital cities. The team is responsible for identifying growth opportunities through proactive sales of our Edge wrap platform or to existing supporters of FirstChoice and FirstWrap.

**Your Responsibilities**

As Relationship Manager, you are responsible for proactive and data driven account management to drive sales and business development activities across a specific panel of clients in metropolitan and regional locations, as well as identifying and converting new opportunities.

You will increase sales and revenue based on panel and tactical activity and meet set KPIs. Inherent to this role is the provision of key account support and provision of quality ongoing strategic advice to those financial intermediaries who may be regarded as supporters or potential supporters of Colonial First State Platform products. You will also support clients who want to use CFS’s index, multi manager and mandate strategies.

Management of identified transition opportunities from start to finish to ensure a seamless experience and be an SME in terms of platform functionality of FirstChoice and FirstWrap.

You will refer and assist sales activity of specialist offerings within the CFS product suite and report monthly on business activity, campaigns and market related information. In alignment with and to support the segmentation and service strategy, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the allocated Client Panel to ensure relevance to business initiatives and represent CFS at client seminars, Adviser PD days and Dealer Group conferences as required.

**Your Capability and Experience**

In addition, you will have:

- Ability to leverage internal and external networks to deliver value for clients, ensuring best in market products and services are available to clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels, in particular executives and C-suite.
- Commercial mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership of outcomes.
- Completion of RG146 (or ability to complete within 6 months of commencement in the role).A valid Driver’s License is essential.
