We are currently seeking a Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our pastoral care team working 2 days per week. In this role, you will deliver pastoral care services for our residents at The Sister Anne Court, ensuring they have choice in maintaining their cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
- Successful completion of Cert III or Cert IV in Pastoral Care, or similar qualifications in theology or spirituality
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith, particularly as it relates to the dignity of life and aged care
- Preferred computer literacy/ skills
- Previous experience working within a residential aged care home or home care provider
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19
- NDIS clearance or willing to obtain
