**Worship and Production Coordinator** **Churches of Christ, Arana Hills** **Part-time Opportunity** We are seeking a Worship and Production Coordinator to join our team at Arana Hills Church of Christ. As the Worship and Production Coordinator, you will play an integral role in support and pastoral care for our worship team volunteers, facilitating their involvement on Sundays and skills development. Arana's leadership consists of Elders, Church Leadership Council (CLC), and Staff; together these teams holistically serve the congregation through shared giftings. **COMPETENCY**: You will need to be a competent individual who is equipped to handle the following responsibilities: - ** Volunteers**: - Rostering - Oversee the organisation and coordination of volunteers for Band (instruments, vocals) and Production (sound, data, streaming) - Onboarding New Members - Helping new volunteers integrate into the Worship and Production teams in conjunction with Worship leaders and other team members - Equipping - Where required, provide training to volunteers - ** Worship Leaders**: - Song Lists - Oversee the organisation of song lists, in conjunction with Worship Leaders - Engagement - Regularly interact with Worship Leaders for feedback and planning - ** Resource Management**: - Ensure resources (such as sheet music and other in-service media) are available - Ensuring the weekly upload of Service Live Stream and Sermon Podcast - Management of Sound and Data Equipment (i.e. maintenance and procurement) - Troubleshoot arising technical problems (i.e liaising with external consultants). - ** Pastoral Care**: - Coordinating and facilitating the support and care of all Worship and Production volunteers and Worship Leaders by working with the Staff team to shape a culture of pastoral care. **Regular engagements would include attending**: - Sunday Morning and Evening Services. - Be present at rehearsals on Sunday mornings (and rehearsals for special events). - Attend Staff team meetings once per month (Mondays), meeting with Senior and/or Associate Pastor. - Other meetings if and when required (i.e., Worship Leader meetings, Creative Team Nights, leadership meetings, etc.). **Preferred skills**: - Office program proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Programs) - Production technology skills (i.e., Elvanto, ProPresenter, LightKey, SQ6, OBS, Logic, YouTube etc.) - Willingness and ability to learn new programs and systems - Communication and presentation skills - Developing culture and missional mindset - Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude - Passionate people person - Experience working in a church leadership environment **TERMS OF APPOINTMENT**: This is a part-time (1-day per week) role offered on a one-year basis, approval of appointment and extensions rest with the authority of the church membership.
