What You Will Do in This Role

Marketing Assistant APAC- Supporting consumer-facing promotions- Managing the consumer-facing mailbox for all ongoing promotions within APAC Retail to ensure compliance and customer happiness- Compiling, batching, and submitting all consumer redemptions for fulfillment- Supplier Relationship Management- Weekly, fortnightly and monthly reporting of promotions- Processing and submitting quotations onto the Oracle finance system- Supporting budget maintenance and management with the team- Submitting invoices for processing- Salesforce budget maintenance- Supporting field team and account manager promotion-related tasks

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role- Some experience with finance and budget management- Intermediate experience with Excel, MS Outlook- Multi-tasking- Bright and good-natured- Flexible thinking is a plus.- A willingness to take on new challenges.
