**The company**
Our client is an ASX listed software and technology company. They have experienced massive success and huge growth in Australia, and have recently launched internationally.

**The role**
Due to new program of work to further improve their customer experience, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant for the end to end implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, from discovery, scoping and requirements gathering through to development, testing and delivery. This is an initial 12 month fixed term role with potential to go longer term.

**About you**
To succeed in this role you will need:

- Significant previous experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Experience with implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce product capability combined with the ability to configure/code and build out the platform
- Strong analysis, design and documentation skills
- Ability to run workshops and training sessions
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage with external stakeholders/customers, and senior internal stakeholders
