**Role Overview**: Your role will involve customising and configuring Salesforce features, managing data integrity, conducting system testing, providing user training and support, and staying up-to-date with industry trends to drive continuous improvement. With your deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their digital transformation goals and maximise the value of their Salesforce investments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather business requirements and document them for analysis.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions based on the gathered requirements.
- Customise and configure Salesforce features and functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ensure data integrity and manage data within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and address concerns.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to verify system functionality.
- Provide user training and support for the implemented Salesforce solution.
- Stay updated with new features, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in a consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and its declarative capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce customisation, configuration, and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with system testing and user training is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
