What you'll do
- Act as the
bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
. - Lead workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into Salesforce-enabled solutions.
- Configure Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, etc).
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
- Contribute to testing, training, pre-sales, and building reusable assets.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Consultant certs highly valued).
- Agentforce Specialist certification.
- Strong BA and facilitation skills, with hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Ability to
wear multiple hats
and thrive in a growing consulting business. - Interest in AI, automation, or data capabilities within Salesforce is a big plus.
