Your new role:
You'll be working in NAB's Merchant Servicing team, providing resolutions to business customers, and helping them to service their NAB HI-CAPS Terminals.
This role is based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs at NAB's Knox Data Centre. You'll be made to feel welcome and part of the family from the day you walk in.
As each merchant call presents a unique situation, you will have the opportunity to guide customers, troubleshoot issues over the phone, and deliver an exceptional customer service experience, all while contributing to the growth of the NAB brand.
Your daily tasks in this role will involve:
- Assisting customers by guiding them and troubleshooting issues over the phone.
- Maintaining a strong emphasis on resolving issues on the first call and being available to customers as per schedule.
- Investigating HICAPS issues and referring to specialist provider services.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience while simultaneously promoting the NAB brand.
- Adhering to the Industry Code of Practice.
You'll be working on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday with shifts that vary between a start time of 8:00 AM and a finish time of 7:00 PM. With this dynamic schedule, you'll have the opportunity to experience a variety of shifts and keep things interesting every day
