A rapidly growing Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne’s East requires a Level 2/3 Systems & Network Technician to join its team for a permanent role commencing immediately. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

**Your new role**

Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

- Providing level 2 & 3 IT support to a broad range of clients.
- Conducting onsite visits for clients and undertaking project delivery.
- Ensuring all in-house and client documentation is up to date.
- Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements.
- Mentoring and training junior members of the team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in providing level 2 & 3 IT support.
- Knowledge and experience across a broad range of solutions that include technologies such as VMware / Hyper-V, Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Veeam and Cisco.
- Experience with Watchguard, 3CX and ConnectWise / Autotask is highly advantageous.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Watchguard and 3CX certifications are preferred.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
- A current driver’s license and vehicle.
