About the Role

Kukoon is seeking an experienced Level 2 Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role manages a mixed caseload, supporting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans across all support areas — while also providing specialist coordination for Home and Living supports, including ILO, SIL, SDA and home modifications.

You’ll play a key role in helping participants achieve meaningful outcomes while contributing to Kukoon’s expansion in the Home and Living space.

This role offers flexibility, purpose, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our service continues to expand.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement NDIS plans for participants with varying levels of complexity
- Build strong relationships to support participant goals and independence
- Facilitate Home and Living solutions such as SDA, SIL, ILO, and home modifications
- Work collaboratively with internal and external providers to achieve positive outcomes
- Provide capacity-building and mentorship to participants and their support networks
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with Kukoon’s policies and Practice Guide

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Support Coordination
- Knowledge of Home and Living supports (SDA, SIL, ILO, home mods)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload and competing priorities
- A proactive, participant-focused approach aligned with Kukoon’s mission and values
- Understanding of NDIS systems, price guide, and quality standards

Essential Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Role Details
- Location: Work from home (some travel may be required)
- Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary: $90K pro rata + Superannuation, commensurate with experience
- Growth: Opportunity to transition to full-time as caseload increases
