**The Role**
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is seeking a high performing and motivated individual to work as an Administration Officer within the ERP Operations and Program Management Office. We are seeking a person with good judgement, adaptability and enthusiasm to facilitate seamless collaboration across various stakeholders through efficient governance and coordination.
**About our Team**
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program is a major Defence transformation program that sits within the Defence Digital Group and is a key enabler of the One Defence reform agenda. The Program will eliminate hundreds of complicated and unnecessary structures, processes, systems and tools, and replace them with a new ERP solution that will provide a single, trusted source of accurate, near real-time information that will change the way Defence operates.
ERP Operations and Program Management Office ensure the seamless organisational functionality, overseeing ERP operational activities, which contribute to the success of the Division and the overall ERP capability. We are a centralised hub consisting of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of program management, governance, compliance and business planning.
We manage essential functions to streamline business operations ensuring consistent and aligned messaging, simplified workflows, adherence to Defence and Defence Digital Group processes and quick resolutions.
- Will have the skills to assist in the development, preparation and end-to-end coordination of various executive and parliamentary submissions.
- Will be proactive and able to support a busy forward work plan through effective planning and prioritisation to meet multiple demands and ensure milestones are met.
- Is a strategic thinker, problem solver and displays excellent judgement and initiative.
- Is able to build and maintain effective working relationships through relationship management, including engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and concerns.
- Can analyse, interpret and assess submissions to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Is a multi-tasker who can manage competing priorities and has amazing time management skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills across various channels, with high quality assurance and attention to detail ensuring efforts are directed to meeting needs and expectations.
