**About the role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team in delivering an exceptional level of service to our discerning clientele. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, driving sales, and creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for our customers.

**What you'll need**:

- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in the timepiece industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury timepieces and a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
