Our customer centric focus means we are looking to access and engage our audience across all platforms and media. We are looking for a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at our head office in Eagle Farm.

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting and implementing our customer acquisition and retention campaigns across all paid and owned digital marketing channels. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate implementation of advertising and marketing campaigns for both Universal Store and Perfect Stranger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement acquisition and retention campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, email, and SMS.
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve ROAS and other performance targets to enhance eCommerce performance.
  • Assist in managing budget pacing for all campaigns.
  • Complete asset briefs and coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing & Digital Team to deliver cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Essential:

  • Be studying or have completed a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Familiarity with Excel and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful insights.
  • A general understanding of multiple social media and paid advertising platforms

  • An excellent communication and collaborative working style.

  • Desirable:

  • Experience from a retail fashion apparel background.

  • Experience or exposure to marketing channels such as Email, SEM, Social, SMS, Content Management, SEO, and CRO.
