**The company**
Our client is a global human services organisation who pride themselves on their values. Due to rapid growth, we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant who is resilient and can work pro-actively to fulfill company needs.
This is a fast paced, multi-diverse, heavily operational business with over 4000 staff across Australia and New Zealand. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to work dynamically, think strategically and deliver tangible outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessment, and qualification checks across you allocated portfolio
- Collaborating with and providing recruitment advice to hiring managers
- Taking effective and detailed job briefs
- Sourcing key talent and building talent pipelines for allied health roles
- Adhoc recruitment projects as required
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is up for a challenge and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You must;
- Have previous experience building talent pools using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous experience recruiting in healthcare is highly desirable but not essential
- Have excellent stakeholder management and be confident speaking with people of all levels in a professional setting
- Have end-to-end recruitment experience
