**THE ROLE**
A mid-weight creative combines proven creative ability with growing leadership skills and a solid understanding of both visual and written communication to deliver high-quality campaigns effectively and efficiently.
With 3-5 years of creative agency experience, you’ve developed competence in both copy and art direction, enabling you to take ownership of projects from brief to delivery while collaborating closely with senior team members on strategy and client relationships.
You’ll be a key contributor to the business, developing strong communication skills, and you’ll work alongside a talented team of creatives, strategists, producers, designers, animators, shooters, editors and directors to create the social-first ideas that Jack Nimble is known for.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop innovative, out-of-the-box ideas that start on social and expand into integrated campaigns
- Take ownership of creative projects with guidance from senior team members
- Contribute meaningfully to new business pitches and creative presentations
- Balance creative ambition with commercial realities, delivering high-standard work within allocated timeframes
- Communicate effectively with accounts teams and implement client feedback constructively
- Actively participate in and occasionally facilitate internal and external brainstorms
- Understand client needs and develop creative solutions that meet brief requirements
- Support creative sprints and collaborative sessions across teams
- Build compelling presentation decks that tell clear, engaging stories
- Work closely with production teams on creative execution, understanding the journey from pre to post-production
- Begin developing client relationships and representing Jack Nimble professionally
- Mentor junior creatives and support their development
- Embody Jack Nimble’s values and culture (make every second count, we grow together, do things differently)
- Stay current with trends and innovations in advertising, creative, and social media
- Collaborate effectively between Sparro and Jack Nimble teams

- **Technical proficiency**: You’re comfortable using written and visual tools including AI platforms and have solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- **Project management**: You can independently plan and execute projects with mínimal supervision
- **Business understanding**: You grasp client challenges and commercial requirements
- **Confident presenter**: You can engage both internal teams and clients with your creative work
- **Channel expertise**: You understand platform-specific content requirements and the importance of tailored creative approaches
- **Quality focused**: You maintain high standards and attention to detail across all work
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 3-5 years of experience in creative advertising
- Portfolio demonstrating creative growth and diverse campaign work
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience presenting work to clients or senior stakeholders
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Track record of delivering projects on time and to brief
- Experience mentoring or training junior team members (preferred)
