The Executive Coach is a senior strategic leader in the business that drives targeted skills workshops and interpersonal leadership training, helping to shape the next future leaders of the industry. This role takes on a broader business perspective, drawing insights from systemic business challenges to guarantee our staff and clients not only meet but exceed expectations within the industry.
- RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver 1:1 and group coaching for leaders and teams, enhancing strategic thinking, executive presence, and leadership skills.
- Provide executive coaching and strategic support to business partnersand senior leaders, with a focus on elevating client and employee experience, staff development and training.
- Conduct thorough development and training needs analysis to address immediate and future business challenges.
- Work with the Partners, Directors and Team Leads to craft a strategic workforce plan aligned with Sparro’s direction while identifying career development paths and resource needs.
- Build trusted relationships with the senior leaders of the business, advising on business and development strategies to drive staff and client growth.
- Maintain a psychologically-safe environment and clear direction and clarity, to create knowledge sharing, collaboration and proactivity
- Utilise effective communication skills to provide engaging coaching and learning experiences that align with Sparro & Jack Nimble’s values and culture.
- SKILLS- Qualifications in organisational development/coaching/training.
- Extensive leadership experience in media. business or marketing.
- 5+ years of proven coaching, mentoring, and facilitation experience in professional coaching roles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and multi-level leadership skills, driving change across individuals and the wider business.
- Ability to grasp high-level business and marketing strategy, tailoring questions to uncover client opportunities.
- Excellent track record developing and delivering a high standard of coaching, training and personal development initiatives, learning programs and interventions.
- Demonstrated ability to discover, define and resolve gaps in personal development at an individual and business level.
- A confident and considered approach to problem-solving coupled with tact and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated professional integrity and confidentiality which builds solid, lasting, and trusted relationships.
- Highly organised and proactive approach, ability to thrive in a fast-paced business.
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
