Premier Showerscreens and Wardrobes PTY LTD is a family run business with over 25 years of experience. Our shower screens and built-in wardrobes are all custom designed and made to order. As a family business; we pride ourselves on trust and loyalty.
**About this role**: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Administrator who will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Arranging appointments, booking meetings & scheduling employee run-sheets
- MYOB database maintenance
- Secretarial support for company Accountant & Bookkeeper
- General office maintenance i.e. ordering stationary, desk & paper work organisation, stock take etc.
- Drawing digital quotations on Canva & completing the necessary calculations for jobs using Excel formulas (all formulas, spread sheets & training provided)
- General ad-hoc duties
- A motivated, mature and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail & active listening/learning
- Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of the role
- Present professionally at all times
- Strong verbal & written skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks & work well under pressure
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience in Google Sheets & Docs
- Experience in MYOB and Canva is an advantage
Pay: From $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glendenning, NSW 2761: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
