**The position**

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the **E-Commerce Marketing Manager** is responsible for the achievement of digital sales targets and conversion objectives via the delivering of the businesses marketing plan. The primary objectives are to attract and retain customers through the development of engaging and creative e-commerce campaigns, leveraging all of the business’s digital assets, maximising customer engagement, creating a pathway to purchase.

**Major responsibilities**
- Assist in the development of the Master Marketing Plan
- Make sure that all products on Shopify are visually engaging and accurately displayed, including merchandising
- Maintain a clear and engaging consumer website for the company, maximising consumer enjoyment and conversions
- Work with Agencies to ensure briefs are executed in a timely fashion with maximum effectiveness
- Work with other members of the Marketing Team, including designers, photographers, and videographers, to ensure briefs are clear and deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Ensure marketing activity is accurately reported at the end of each month / campaign period for analysis and to inform future strategies
- Set up and manage Brand Ambassador, Influencer and 3rd party partnership strategies and activities

**Experience required**
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
- Worked in a high-growth e-commerce environment with a proven track record of success as part of a marketing team with demonstrated organisational and task-delivery skills
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Plann or Tailwind is an advantage, but not essential
- A portfolio of work in creating and publishing content
- Demonstrated experience managing external agencies, developing and delivering clear briefs
- Having a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail which demonstrates how much you care
- A growth mindset, you are proactive and show initiative
- A team player who understands the importance of collaboration
- You are fully accountable for your role, and take ownership of what is necessary to achieve our KPIs
- You show integrity in all that you do
- Authenticity is important to you, and you prefer to work for a company that is transparent about everything it does
