**What you will be doing**
- Provide managers with generalist HR advice and support
- Translate growth plans, talent gaps and challenges into people strategies
- Co-ordinate processes such performance, development, salary and bonus reviews
- Challenge and provide sound advice on TA, OD and IR matters
- Develop actionable staffing plans to bridge gaps between current and future needs
- Coordinate change management initiatives where it benefits the business
- Support key business and divisional projects whilst balancing the day to day priorities

**What we are looking for**
- A true P&C generalist with a passion for all things HR
- Self-motivation with exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
- Passion about learning, development and career pathways for our people
- Initiative with the ability work as a member of a small team and lead others
- Advanced HRIS experience with SuccessFactors or similar software
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource or similar
