Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced human resources officer to work for our group.
Your duties include but not limited to:
1. Manage recruitment/HR administration tasks, Accurate generation and processing of employment related documentation (employment contracts, variations to contract, onboarding documentation etc.) Following up outstanding paperwork to ensure compliance.
3. Coordinating the workflow within the HR Admin team for recruitment requisitions, ensuring that the HR Lead is kept informed on the volume of work and any relevant trends.
4. Maintaining our internal databases to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
5. Providing feedback to the HR Lead on ways to improve processes or operate more efficiently. Provide quality HR support and advice to the whole Group.
6. General HR administration activities throughout the employee lifecycle (from variation letters through to exit interviews)
7. Providing ongoing and regular support to frontline leaders on their team’s performance, development and wellbeing
8. Staying up to date with legislative changes under the NES and relevant Awards and making sure TIMG remains compliant.
Experiences/Skills
1. Qualification in Human Resources with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
2. Strong experience working as an Administrator or Coordinator in a fast-paced office environment.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence peers and other colleagues and establish relationships with stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality and strong ethical values.
5. High attention to detail
6. The ability to priorities and multitask and be highly organized.
7. The ability to adapt to a changing environment.
8. A level of autonomy and know when to escalate an issue

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
