**Responsibilities**

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for the support of a wide range of business areas. Your role will include but not be limited to;
- Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Answer incoming calls and attend to internal and external inquiries
- Meet and greet visitors and clients managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining internal databases

- Coordinate all meeting room bookings including setup/pack down
- Provide support in organizing staff events and social initiatives
- Answer incoming calls and attend to internal and external inquiries
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills / Experience**
- Experience working in a similar position within a corporate/professional environment
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
