Project Coordinator

The Program is a multiyear program delivering transformational systems change to the client and its customers. The program team supports the delivery, governance, and management of the program.
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Provide project coordination by supporting the scheduling of program
activities and tasks to meet deadlines, commitments and deliver on
program objectives.
Creation and ongoing tracking, analysis, and maintenance of project
reports to ensure coordinated and timely reporting of project milestones
as well as monitoring internal and external dependencies.
Prepare program and project artefact materials and reports,
demonstrating high level written and oral communication skills.
Participate in the development, coordination and implementation of
project management and assurance frameworks, governance, policies,
processes, standards, training, and reporting.
Document and review project governance processes to ensure they are
current, align to best practice, and are fit-for-purpose.
Monitor and review program controls to measure project
status, forecast likely outcomes, and improve project performance.
Deliver stakeholder workshops to identify and manage program risks,
issues, and lessons learned.
Liaise with the Finance team regarding monitoring of financial
spending and timing.
Participate, guide, and influence the development and continual
improvement of program/project governance controls.
Plan and implement business improvements to optimise program
delivery and reporting.
Provide ongoing support to our program team and external delivery
partner, working with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
of program outcomes.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders that
manage, report, and deliver the program and related projects.
Provide high quality secretariat support to the Program ensuring
exceptional attention to detail.
Complete other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
