**The Role and Responsibilities**

Forming part of the wider project/innovation team, the main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator at the firm include the following:

- Monitor, manage and communicate scope, progress and budget of legal matters.
- Develop and implement systems, best practice, procedures, tools, checklists and reference material for efficient matter management.
- Work closely with legal teams to determine the right framework for legal matters using both traditional and agile management approaches.
- Facilitate and lead meetings to enhance coordination, awareness and control.

**You**
- Approximately 3 years or more in project coordinator/management role/s.
- Knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methods.
- Awareness of core principles of knowledge management, IT and data use in a legal environment.
- great communication skills and attention to detail.
