**About the role**:
Reporting to the National Customs Manager, this role based in Banksmeadow will conduct CITES & Customs related administrative tasks, deliver customer’s excellent service and update the Customs Brokerage Department with matters relating to quarantine clearances and customs.

**What you will be doing**:

- CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) Administration:

- Process and track CITES Import and Re-export Permit Applications (Wildlife Portal)
- Acquittal Of Permits
- Liaise with stakeholders to greenlight import/export shipments
- Update internal information and details with CITES Wildlife SharePoint Portals for internal and external clients to review
- Inform Bollore Account Holders and Key Account Managers with the latest information relating to CITES and Wildlife Team responses
- Customs Administration
- Update internal information with customs dashboard, internal notes and Annual Packing Declaration and other internal database registers
- Inform Bollore Operations branches and customs with matters relating to Customs and Quarantine clearances
- Promote and develop all Bollore Logistics import, export and added values services for CITES.
- Report any complaints or issues raised by customers, overseas offices/agents to the National Customs Manager
- Undertake ad hoc client-based tasks assigned by the National Customs Manager

**Requirements**:
Essential:

- At least one year of experience in administration or customs-related role
- High attention to detail and input data reconcile and entry accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable:

- Ability to think laterally and find quick & effective solutions to problems
- Ability to respond to difficult circumstances under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
