We are seeking a detailed orientated and organised Stock and Online Co Ordinator to lead our Online & Stock Team in Nedlands, WA.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Unpack, hang and store all stock deliveries in line with the **Coco & Lola**internal processes.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and cleanliness with all stock.
- Lead and maintain a high standard of presentation and organisation of the stock room to achieve efficient operations for online and the store.
- Lead stock related issues including Dry Cleaning and Faulties and the maintenance of the internal stock systems.
- Manage and assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor.
- Lead the preparation and receiving of weekly stock consolidations.
- Lead the day-to-day running of order preparation and dispatch in an orderly and timely manner with the support of our Online Operations Manager in Head Office.
- Lead the pulling, wrapping and dispatching of Online Orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint within the customer journey.
- Lead the preparation of stationary and packaging.
- Lead the steaming, presentation and organisation of all stock inline with the Coco & Lola standard.
