
Team Co-ordinator Retention

**The opportunity**
The Team Coordinator is integral in ensuring the delivery of our service offering. The role will support the Senior Manager Retention to ensure that the team and individuals meet operational scorecard objectives and coordinate the workflow. Lending is responsible for AMP Bank’s practice/ broker finance, retail product manufacturing, lending operations and 1st and 3rd party distribution.
**How you will make an impact**
- Work allocations amongst team and assisting with resources requests such as leave
- Providing 1 x 1 coaching sessions with individual team members to improve efficiency & effectiveness
- Monitor & review coaching plans with Senior manager
- Investigation of Complaint & Client Experiences as required (from Brokers, BDMs and customers directly)
- Incident & Risk management support as the Senior Manager requires
- Maintenance of SOPs and ensuring team have sufficient training to perform roles and meet CPD requirements
- Liaising with Third Party Vendors for operational updates
- Identify and raise any areas of concern that may impact the client experience and expose the Bank to potential losses or instances of non-compliance with regulatory guidelines or community expectations.
- Triaging team requests and addressing adhoc enquiries
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and support the design and implementation of identified changes
**What you will bring to the role**
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lending operations business.
- Experience in Client-Facing role
- Leading Others experience (desirable)
- Ability to manage high volumes and work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills
