We’re looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing Account Manager** to join our team at **COM Marketing** in our **Sunshine Coast office**. This is an exciting opportunity to manage client success, drive marketing strategies, and amplify the impact of **health, fitness, and wellness brands**.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- **Client Success Management**: Serve as the go-to expert for clients, ensuring their marketing goals are met (and exceeded).
- **Performance Optimization**: Analyze data, generate insights, and maximize campaign ROI.

**What You Bring**
- **2+ years of experience** in a leadership or senior digital marketing role.
- **Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and audience acquisition strategies.**:

- **Strong analytical skills** - you thrive on data and can turn insights into action.
- **Team leadership & collaboration** - confident in managing accounts and working closely with others.
