yesHEis Marketing Specialist

Christian Vision is looking for a detail-orientated Marketing Specialist to work with yesHEis - a social media, web and app-based evangelism mobilisation strategy targeting 18-24-year-olds. yesHEis has over 4.5 million followers and subscribers worldwide across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and the web and has teams developing content in 10 languages. It uses daily content based on a framework to inspire, train and encourage young Christians to engage in evangelism in their every day lives.

Christian Vision (CV) is a global Christian charity with evangelism at its heart. Founded in 1988 by Lord Robert Edmiston, CV’s strong desire is to serve and equip Christians, and the local church, in their evangelistic endeavours. To this end, we work to see an impact in three key areas:
1. Introducing people to Jesus;
2. Mobilising Christians to evangelise; and

3. Resourcing the Church with free digital content and knowledge.

yesHEis was launched 11 years ago by CV as a global strategy to mobilise Christians to evangelise.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research SEO keywords and phrases for an evangelistic brand.
- Write SEO-rich captions, descriptions and tags for each video.
- Stay on top of market research and viral trends so we can create future videos.
- Learn and develop a proficient understanding of the yesHEis brand and brand language.
- Strategically and accurately schedule out various forms of content.
- Create end cards and playlists to help optimize YouTube content.
- Build relationships with various leaders and influencers in the evangelistic space for future podcast guests etc.
- Ensuring consistency and quality of all deliverables and projects.
- Experience working with ChatGPT and AI to assist with copywriting is a plus.
- Copywriting for carousel and reel captions. Experience with direct-response copywriting is also a plus.
- Manage the downloading and organizing of files using our asset management system.
- Continue to maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry terminology and aesthetics required for posting.
- Train to develop skills as directed.
- Experience in Facebook and YouTube advertising would be a plus.

- Adhere to copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Available for weekly meetings as scheduled.
- Keep confidential the affairs of CV and its employees.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
