About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing & Product Assistant to support the rollout of our new website.

This is a full-time, 12-week fixed-term role, ideal for a current university student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in marketing, digital content, and travel product operations. You'll support our Marketing and Product teams by uploading content, managing digital assets, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring our travel products look their best online.

What You'll Do

  • Upload and maintain product, destination, and experience content in the CMS with accuracy and consistency.
  • Organise and manage digital assets in Optimizely DAM, applying correct tagging, naming, and metadata.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to request imagery and content, ensuring all files are processed and stored correctly.
  • Review uploaded content for quality, completeness, and alignment with brand standards, flagging any issues.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams and participate in weekly check-ins to stay aligned.

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to organising digital content.
  • Strong written communicator with confidence working in structured formats.
  • Comfortable navigating CMS or DAM platforms (Optimizely experience is a bonus).
  • Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage large volumes of content.
  • Positive, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Interested in travel and excited to apply your studies to real-world projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally, a current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience (even small) with CMS, DAM tools, content creation, or digital workflows
  • Basic understanding of metadata, tagging, and file organisation.
  • A genuine interest in travel, tourism, and digital marketing.
